There are two ways to pack mud agitator, steel frame box and plywood case.

Steel frame box packing for mud agitators typically involves enclosing the equipment within a robust steel frame structure that provides strong mechanical protection against impacts, compression, and rough handling during transport. The frame size is tailored to fit the specific mud agitator model, accommodating its shaft length, motor, gearbox, and impeller assembly snugly to prevent movement inside the frame. The frame includes a sturdy steel base to enable forklift access, stable stacking, and easy loading/unloading.

The plywood case packing is made of strong plywood, it features a no-nail locking system, allowing quick assembly and disassembly without nails. This design facilitates easy handling and reuse while maintaining structural integrity. The plywood case dimensions can be tailored as well to ensure a snug fit and minimize shifting during transport. Plywood case load lighter weight compared with steel frame box packing, but with competitive cost.
