2. Oil water separation technology
Centrifugal separation: High speed spiral centrifuge achieves efficient oil-water separation and recovers crude oil with a purity of ≥ 90%.
Thermal desorption: Low temperature pyrolysis (200-300 ℃) technology thoroughly removes residual oil, with a residual oil content of less than 0.3%.
3. Deep dewatering of filter press (core equipment)
High pressure diaphragm filter press: using high pressure (1.5-2.5MPa) extrusion, combined with filter cloth optimization, to reduce the moisture content of the mud cake to below 40%, which is convenient for subsequent incineration or landfill.
Automatic unloading system: PLC control, achieving continuous operation and increasing processing efficiency by 30%.
4. Environmental protection supporting system
Tail gas treatment: The thermal desorption tail gas is condensed and adsorbed by activated carbon to ensure VOCS emissions meet the standard.
