This mud station system is an efficient operation system that integrates storage, mixing, processing, blending, and monitoring. It is applied in the field of mud drilling and production, providing stable and reliable mud support for petroleum drilling and production.

The system consists of 11 120m³ The slurry storage tank is the core, with a total storage capacity of 1320m³ It can meet the mud reserve needs of large-scale engineering projects. Each slurry storage tank is equipped with 4 mixers, which ensure uniform composition of the slurry through multi angle and high-frequency mixing, effectively prevent solid phase precipitation, maintain stable slurry performance, and lay the foundation for subsequent construction.

 

 

In the mud treatment process, the vibrating screen and centrifuge form a graded treatment system.

The vibrating screen prioritizes intercepting large particle impurities such as sand, gravel, and drill cuttings to preliminarily purify the mud;

Centrifuges further separate fine particles, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation, significantly improving the reuse rate of mud, reducing resource waste and processing costs.

The MCC control room serves as the system's'; Smart Center” Integrate automation control system to achieve remote monitoring and precise control of slurry storage tanks, mixers, and processing equipment. Operators can monitor the real-time operation status of equipment, adjust parameters, ensure efficient and stable system operation, and have fault warning function to ensure production safety and reliability.

The mud laboratory is equipped with advanced testing equipment, which can accurately detect and analyze key parameters such as mud density, viscosity, sand content, pH value, etc. Technicians dynamically adjust the mud ratio through real-time monitoring data to provide scientific basis for engineering construction, ensuring that the mud performance meets different geological conditions and process requirements. The collaborative operation of all modules in the entire system takes into account efficiency, quality, and environmental protection, providing solid support for the smooth progress of engineering construction.
