The mud discharged from the conventional solid control system is temporarily stored in a collection tank. In the case of a large amount of mud discharged from the solid control system, cost savings can be considered. After initial screening by a high excitation force drying screen and treatment by a high-speed centrifuge, beneficial drilling fluid can be effectively recovered and reused in the drilling mud circulation system. In the case of a small amount of mud discharged from the solid control system, the mud in the collection tank is transported to the glue breaking tank for dosing and mixing through a liquid supply pump. The treated mud is then transported to the filter press through a dedicated slurry supply pump. The treated mud cake is collected and the water is sent to the sewage treatment plant for centralized treatment.
