The drill cuttings discharged from the conventional solid control system are supplied to the drill cuttings dryer through a screw conveyor for drying treatment. After drying, the solid phase is transported to the collection tank, and the separated liquid phase enters the storage tank. It is supplied to the high-speed variable frequency centrifuge for mud water separation treatment through a liquid supply pump. The treated solid slag is transported to the collection tank, and the treated drilling fluid is recycled and reused. After being processed by a spin dryer and centrifuge, the drill cuttings and solid slag are collected and mixed with chemicals for solidification.
