The drill chip spin dryer uses the principle of centrifugal separation to separate the solid and liquid of drill chips. Based on the customer's requirements for particle size separation, different gap sieve baskets are selected. The drilling chip processing process of the drilling chip dryer: The drilling chips pass through the feeding port, are dispersed by the distribution plate, and enter the interior of the drilling chip dryer. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase and solid particles with a diameter smaller than the sieve blue gap of the drill cuttings flow through the sieve basket into the outlet ring of the lower cylinder, and then are discharged outside the machine through the discharge pipes on both sides of the lower cylinder; The other solid parts of the drill cuttings are kept inside the sieve basket. Due to a certain speed difference between the rotor scraper and the sieve basket, the rotor scraper scrapes the drill cuttings off the sieve basket and pushes them to the bottom of the sieve basket, thereby discharging the dehydrated drill cuttings into the receiving funnel below the machine or the bottom screw conveyor. Simultaneously equipped with air knives and flushing pipelines to ensure the normal operation of the sieve basket.
