The elevated oil tank mainly consists of one large capacity horizontal cylindrical reserve tank and one small capacity elevated tank. The elevated tank and the reserve tank are connected by hinges and supported during use, providing a greater liquid level height; The tank is interconnected through an oil pump, manifold, and stainless steel ball valve to achieve effective arrangement and utilization of diesel. There is a flip ladder between the elevated tank and the reserve tank. When the elevated tank is supported, it is flipped against the elevated tank and fixed. When moving and transporting, it is flipped and placed on the base of the reserve tank. The elevated oil tank system is equipped with two oil pumps, one for use and one for backup, and the electrical control is interlocked, which not only facilitates the maintenance and upkeep of operators, but also ensures safety.
▌ Equipment Features and Advantages
Provide sufficient storage capacity: capable of storing a large amount of oil to meet the long-term operation needs of the solid control system.
Advantages of gravity based fuel supply: By utilizing height differences, oil products can be supplied by gravity flow, reducing the use of power equipment such as oil pumps, and lowering energy consumption and maintenance costs.
Easy liquid level monitoring: The higher position makes it more convenient to observe and monitor the liquid level inside the oil tank, and operators can intuitively understand the remaining amount of oil.
Optimize spatial layout: Save ground space and enable other equipment and facilities of the solid control system to be arranged more reasonably.
Reducing the possibility of pollution: Reducing direct contact with the ground and lowering the risk of oil contamination or leakage from the surrounding environment.
▌ Customizable Projects
According to different drilling needs, products with different volumes and structures can be customized.
