On May 15, 2025, the ZJ50 solid control system produced by Aipu Solid Control for a large energy enterprise was loaded and officially delivered at the Fuping production base.

The ZJ50 solid control system adopts a modular design, equipped with 6 sets of mud circulation tanks and five level purification equipment, covering core devices such as triple high-frequency linear vibrating screen, vacuum deaerator, integrated sand and mud removal machine, centrifuge, etc. The total volume of the system is 280 cubic meters, which can achieve efficient separation of solid particles such as rock debris and sediment in drilling fluid. The processing accuracy covers the full particle size range of 100 μ m to 2 μ m, effectively improving the reuse rate of drilling fluid and reducing environmental pollution. In response to the complex geological conditions of domestic oil fields, the system has specially strengthened the structural strength of the tank body, adopting thickened plates and external pipeline design to ensure long-term stable operation under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
The system integrates an intelligent monitoring module, which provides real-time feedback on key parameters such as mud volume and circulating pressure through mechanical scale liquid level display, pressure sensors, and other devices, providing accurate data support for drilling operations. In addition, the system is equipped with auxiliary equipment such as jet mixing device and drug tank, which can quickly adjust the performance of drilling fluid and significantly improve the efficiency of on-site operations.

As a core supplier in the domestic oil drilling equipment field, Aipu Solid Control has a long-standing cooperation with this energy enterprise. The ZJ50 solid control system will be applied to a key oil and gas field development project in western China, serving 5000 meter ultra deep well drilling operations.
